EPIC has served as Northern Colorado’s primary competitive facility for over 30 years. It has hosted multiple state high school championships, collegiate invitationals, and conference championships, as well as USA Diving invitational, regional, and championship meets.

The Flip Lab

Programs: All Programs Involve Practice at The Flip Lab

The evolution of sport has lead diving out of the pool and into the dryland training facility. With video replay for instant visual feedback, controlled environments, dryboards for increased repetitions per minute, training takes on a new dimension for increased growth.

Opened in early 2026, The Flip Lab is one of only seven privately owned dryland training facilities dedicated to the sport of diving in the nation.

Johnstown Community YMCA

The Johnstown Community YMCA is one of Northern Colorado’s newest and brightest swimming and diving facilities. With a fantastic and supportive community and staff, the Johnstown YMCA pool is working to become a staple of youth diving in Northern Colorado.

Village Green Pool is one of Northern Colorado’s greatest aquatic little-known gems and a proud starting place to countless coaches and divers who spent their first ventures in diving both on the boards and from the pool deck. A truly magical place both in competitive diving and recreational family fun!
