Varsity is for athletes grades in 9th -12th who have built a base list of dives from the five unique diving groups (Front, Back, Reverse, Inward, Twist) through either the Norco Learn to Dive program or by testing out with the program director. This program suits those interested in essential preparation for Middle or High School diving. Additionally, this program is a development stepping stone to meet Team Norco advancement opportunities.

Junior Group
Competitive

Up to 4 Days/week (all 4 days not required); 1.5 hrs Grades 3rd - 8th Junior Group (4-Day) is a competitive program for divers who wish to dedicate more time and advanced training for their development within the sport. Dives will be developed on both the 1-meter and 3-meter levels.
Senior Team Norco

Senior Team is for divers 9th-12th grades with experience in diving and who wish to dedicate more time to competitive training. These athletes aspire to compete in national competitions with USA Diving and rank highly among Colorado High School state competitors. The Senior program is also designed for those interested in competing collegiately (NCAA). Our coaches work with these athletes outside the pool to assist in college recruiting visibility by utilizing their experience and relationships nationwide.

LTD (Learn to Dive) Youth

LTD (Learn to Dive) Youth is an introductory skills-focused program centered around learning the base progressions and fundamentals of diving. Participants learn skills from the 1-meter and 3-meter springboards. No experience is necessary for divers grades 2nd-7th grade.
