Up to 4 Days/week (all 4 days not required); 1.5 hrs Grades 3rd - 8th Junior Group (4-Day) is a competitive program for divers who wish to dedicate more time and advanced training for their development within the sport. Dives will be developed on both the 1-meter and 3-meter levels.

Junior Group
Available up to 4x per week, 1.5hr
Grades 3rd-8th

Description: The Junior Group is for ages 3rd-8th who wish to dedicate more time and advanced training for their development within the sport. This is for intermediate and competitive divers within that age group.

Prerequisites: A dive from each category in the tuck position (front, back, reverse, inward). This list must be performed to a coach successfully in one practice (or test-out session) before enrollment in the Junior Team program is approved.

Expectations: No attendance requirements
