Sport Senior Team Norco
Senior Team is for divers 9th-12th grades with experience in diving and who wish to dedicate more time to competitive training. These athletes aspire to compete in national competitions with USA Diving and rank highly among Colorado High School state competitors. The Senior program is also designed for those interested in competing collegiately (NCAA). Our coaches work with these athletes outside the pool to assist in college recruiting visibility by utilizing their experience and relationships nationwide.

Senior Team Norco
5 Days per Week; 2hrs
Monday/Tuesday/Friday 5:00p-7:00p; Wed/Th 5:30-7:30p

Description: Senior Team Norco is for athletes who have experience in diving and wish to dedicate more time and advanced training for their development within the sport. These athletes aspire to compete in regional and national competitions under the USA Diving governing body structure and rank highly amongst the Colorado High School Athletic Association (CHSAA) state competitors. 

The Team Norco program is also designed for those interested in competing in the NCAA after High School. Our coaches work with these athletes outside the pool to assist in college recruiting visibility by utilizing their experience and relationships nationwide.

Prerequisites: A complete voluntary and optional list on both 1m and 3m for their USA Diving age-designated requirements competition, as well as dives from each category in the tuck position.  This list must be performed to a coach successfully in one practice (or test-out session) before enrollment in the Senior Team program is approved.

Expectations: Attend 90% of practices scheduled, unless in a high school diving season, in which only 75% of the practices must be attended.  Attend 90% of the scheduled diving meets and all USA Diving national qualifying and championship events. Regionals, Zones (if qualified), and Nationals (if qualified).
