The Flip Lab: General Aerial Skill Instruction & Development (Coming Soon)

The Flip Lab is expanding to offer non-diving classes focused on trampoline safety, somersaulting fundamentals, and aerial skill development for athletes in related sports such as cheer, gymnastics, and dance.

These programs are designed for athletes who want to build confidence, control, and body awareness—without the risks associated with unsupervised or unstructured environments.

Not a Trampoline Park. A Learning Environment.

The Flip Lab is not an open gym and not a traditional trampoline park.

Every session is:

  • Coach-led and supervised
  • Structured around skill progressions
  • Focused on learning correct movement patterns
  • Designed to discourage “hucking tricks” or uncontrolled attempts

The goal is not to do more tricks—it’s to learn how to move well.

Who These Programs Are For

Non-diving programs at the Flip Lab will serve a range of ages and experience levels, with classes structured around purpose rather than free play:

  • Younger athletes developing basic movement skills and safety awareness
  • Middle and high school athletes refining somersaulting, coordination, and aerial control
  • Athletes in cheer, gymnastics, and dance seeking improved air awareness and confidence

Each group serves a different purpose—safety, development, refinement, or performance—and instruction is adjusted accordingly.

Qualified Instruction & Controlled Progression

All non-diving classes are led by instructors experienced in aerial movement and progression-based teaching.

Advanced tools such as belt spotting systems may be used selectively to:

  • Support proper technique
  • Build confidence during new skill acquisition
  • Allow athletes to learn without unnecessary risk

These systems are instructional tools—not entertainment devices—and are applied intentionally within a structured learning framework.

Availability & Timeline
  • Currently offering limited private and semi-private instruction only
  • Group non-diving classes are planned to launch May 2026
  • No public registration is open at this time
